He wanted to claw his eyes out, stretch a tarpaulin of black granite across the skies, strike the whole human kind blind with a red-hot blade, so that blood would squirt out of the mauled sockets... An Awkward Feast
It was a gorgeous room, even if very haphazardly decorated. As mentioned, Lord Khran-Av'ees was furthermore awaiting the largest portion of his possessions. It took a great while to pack up and transport them from the far-off stocks.
A gigantic five-poster stagnated in one corner, its hangings richly embroidered with lazuli and gold.
